"What's the best way to get an accurate quote?"

"How is a booking considered confirmed?"

A confirmed booking requires a non-refundable deposit payment. A signed contract will also be needed for weddings.

"How can I pay? What are the payment terms?"

A non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking. Final payment is due two weeks before the wedding. Email transfer is preferred. Cash is also accepted. A confirmation of the booking and a receipt will be issued to the client upon collection per payment.

"What if I need to cancel the booking?"

Administration and cancellation fees (up to $200 for each artist) will be subtracted from any amount paid. The remaining amount will be kept as credits for future redemption within 3 years from the original service date.

"Would cancellation/rescheduling fees applied even for COVID?"

If there are changes to the service date due to any unforeseeable COVID measures, our team will try our best to accommodate to the new date and there will be no cancellation/rescheduling fees.

"When should I do my bridal trial?"

It is best to get the bridal trial done 2-3 months before your wedding. The condition of your skin and hair is similar enough to your wedding day but there will be enough time to get some refinement done if necessary. Some clients like to use the "bridal trial" for their engagement shoot months or even a year ahead of their wedding. It is not recommended because your skin and hair condition will be different according to different seasons. We cannot provide the most tailored advices as possible.

Bridal trials and engagement sessions will take place at the studio located in South Surrey. The client is welcome to bring one guest as company. The guest may be asked to wear a face mask the entire time in the premises. Additional travel fee will apply if the client prefers to get the service done at another location. Please be on time.

"Will there be any "surprise" fees?"

All costs will be stated ahead of time. We don't like surprises as much as you do in terms of fees.

Travel fees for all artists to location and parking costs at venues are additional.

If the get-ready time starts earlier than 6am for weddings or any delays that require our team to stay behind the time agreed upon, clients will be charged for an additional $75 per hour per artist.

A $50 security deposit will be collected for each set of hair accessories/hair extension rental. The deposit will be fully refunded if the client returns the rental in whole (no damages or missing pieces) within a week from the wedding date. The rental will be considered "purchased with the deposit' if the client is unable to return the rental within the 7-day return period.

"What do you need for setting up the work station at the get-ready location?"

We'll need sufficient natural light (sunlight/daylight/white light) to color match your skin, adequate table space and power outlet for our tools and enough chairs for everyone's comfort.
