How do I receive a personalized quote?

Kindly complete the inquiry form on our Contact page to receive a custom proposal tailored to your wedding day.

All proposals are delivered via email and remain valid for 7 days from the date issued. As our calendar fills quickly, pricing is subject to change without notice.

How is my wedding date secured?

Your date is officially reserved once we receive a signed agreement along with a 50% non-refundable retainer.

Until both are received, the date remains open to other inquiries.

What are the payment details?

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the wedding day.

Email transfer is preferred. Cash payments are also accepted in person. Credit cards are currently not accepted.

A confirmation and receipt will be provided for every payment received.

For our international clients, we accept payments via Wise. Please inquire for details.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the wedding date will forfeit the retainer.

Cancellations within 30 days of the wedding date will require the full remaining balance, as your date has been exclusively reserved for you.

What will happen in the event of government restrictions (e.g. COVID)?

Should unforeseen government-mandated restrictions impact your wedding date, we will do our very best to accommodate a new date without rescheduling fees, subject to availability.

When is the ideal time for a bridal trial?

We recommend scheduling your bridal preview 2–3 months before your wedding day.

This timing allows your skin and hair to closely reflect wedding-day conditions while providing space for thoughtful refinements.

Are there any additional or hidden fees?

We believe in complete transparency — every cost is clearly outlined in advance.

• Venue parking fees are additional
• Start times earlier than 7:00 AM may incur an early-morning fee
• Services extending beyond the agreed timeline may incur additional charges

What is required for the getting-ready setup?

To create a seamless and relaxed environment, we kindly request:

• Access to natural light (when available)
• Adequate table space for tools and products
• A nearby power outlet
• Comfortable seating for those receiving services
