"What's the best way to get an actual quote?"

Please fill out the form on the contact page to get a formal quote and information for your services. We will get back to you in details over email. Quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of inquiry over email. Prices are subject to change without notice.

"How is a booking considered confirmed?"

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract to finalize a wedding booking.

"What are the payment terms and how can I pay?"

A non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking. Final payment is due two weeks before the wedding. Email transfer is preferred. Client can also pay with cash in-person.

A booking confirmation and a receipt will be issued upon each payment collection.

For non-Canadian clients, we take payment through WISE. Please inquire for more information.

"What if I need to cancel the booking?"

Request to cancel wedding services is allowed up to 1 month prior to the wedding date; however, the deposit paid remains non-refundable. If cancellation occurs within 1 month of the scheduled wedding date, the full remaining balance will be charged.

"Would cancellation/rescheduling fees applied even for COVID/pandemic?"

If there are changes to the service date due to any unforeseeable COVID/pandemic measures, our team will try our best to accommodate to the new date and there will be no cancellation/rescheduling fees.

"When should I do my bridal trial?"

It is best to get the bridal trial done 2-3 months before your wedding. The condition of your skin and hair is similar enough to your wedding day but there will be enough time to get some refinement done if needed.

"Will there be any "surprise" fees?"

All costs will be stated ahead of time. We don't like surprises as much as you do in terms of fees.

Travel fees for all artists to location and parking costs at venues are additional.

If the get-ready time starts earlier than 6am for weddings or any delays that require our team to stay behind the time agreed upon, there will be a $85 charge/hour/artist.

A $50 security deposit will be collected for each set of hair accessories. The deposit will be fully refunded if the client returns the rental in original condition within 7 days from the wedding date.

"What do you need for setting up the work station at the get-ready location?"

We'll need sufficient natural light (sunlight/daylight/white light) to color match your skin, adequate table space and power outlet for our tools and enough chairs for everyone's comfort.
